Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and communicative Sales & Customer Support Executive to join our office team. This role focuses on assisting customers through live chat and email, supporting order placement, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The candidate will work flexible hours (6–7 hours per day) and will receive training from our internal team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle live chat support and respond to customer queries in real time
Provide email support and follow up with customers professionally
Assist customers with placing orders, especially when they face difficulties
Support customer orders based on specific requests or requirements
Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer issues efficiently
Maintain polite, clear, and effective communication with customers
Use AI and productivity tools to improve response quality and speed
Working Hours
6–7 hours per day
5 Days a week
Salary: 8000-10000 BDT
Shift-based working time
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good English communication skills (written only).
Basic knowledge of tools such as ChatGPT, Grammarly or similar AI/productivity tools.
Basic understanding of online ordering systems or willingness to learn.
Customer-friendly attitude with problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn quickly and follow the training provided by the team.
