Job Opportunity: Delivery Rider
Red Pharma is expanding its delivery team! We are looking for energetic, reliable, and punctual Delivery Riders to ensure our customers receive their essential medicines and healthcare products right at their doorstep. If you know the city routes well and are committed to excellent service, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
Timely Delivery: Pick up orders from the pharmacy/hub and deliver them to customers' locations promptly.
Order Safety: Ensure all medicinal packages are handled with care and delivered in perfect condition.
Customer Interaction: Maintain a professional and polite attitude when interacting with customers at their doorsteps.
Payment Handling: Securely manage cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions and update the delivery status via our app.
Requirements
Vehicle: Must own a functional bicycle or motorcycle (scooter).
Smartphone: A smartphone with a stable internet connection is required to use the Red Pharma App for order tracking.
Documentation: Valid driving license (for motorcycle riders) and national ID.
Local Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of local areas, shortcuts, and traffic patterns.
Attitude: Disciplined, honest, and dedicated to providing high-quality service.
