At Devxhub,
We are looking for a highly skilled Accountant to handle financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive financial efficiency. You will work closely with the management team to maintain accurate financial records, handle tax matters, and support financial decision-making.

Responsibilities
📌 Maintain and update financial records, invoices, and receipts.
📌 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
📌 Manage payroll processing and employee salary disbursements.
📌 Handle tax filings, VAT, and other regulatory financial requirements.
📌 Reconcile bank statements and manage company expenses.
📌 Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
📌 Collaborate with other teams to improve financial processes and efficiency.
Requirements
✅ Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✅ 1+ years of experience in accounting or finance (Freshers with strong skills can apply).
✅ Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax policies, and compliance.
✅ Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
✅ Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports.
✅ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Salary Range: Maximum BDT 20k to 25k Per Month (Negotiable based on skills and experience)
• Salary Review Yearly
• Yearly Bonus an extra full 13th-month salary in one year cycle.
• Salary increment upon getting married.
• Paid leave, maternity & paternity leave, sick leave, casual leave, Govt. holidays [slightly modified by Devxhub]
• Day off: Saturday
• Other Day off: As per company policy
• Office Hours: 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM [1-hour Dinner break, Salat break, coffee break, etc.]
• Office Location: 158/27, Boalia, Kazla, Rajshahi, Bangladesh.
