Requirements
Education
Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
Fellowship of the College of Physicians and Surgeons (FCPS)
MBBS degree. FCPS, MS, DGO or Equivalent qualification in Gynecology & Obstetrics.
Experience
3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital
Additional Requirements
Experience Requirements A minimum of 3 - 5 years relevant experience in maternity services (preferred)
Demonstrated competency in dealing with routine as well as emergency obstetric cases.
Valid and up to date BMDC registration and license. Good patient centered attitude and respectful behavior.
Honest, responsible and committed to teamwork.
Mentally ready to work with patients showing empathy, integrity, and professionalism in accordance with the mission and values of the hospital
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive Gynecology and Obstetrics care to the maternity patients.
Deliver services in OPD, IPD, and emergency maternity units, including normal, complicated, and LUCS deliveries as clinically indicated.
Manage and respond to emergency obstetrics cases when needed.
Review, interpret, and take actions on investigation and test reports on the same day.
Guide, mentor and supervise medical officers, nurses and maternity ward staff.
Maintain complete, up-to-date records of patients.
Follow hospital rules, treatment protocols and medical ethics strictly.
Participate in on-call and emergency on-call basis as per hospital requirements.
Duty Schedule
Minimum 5 morning shifts a week.
Time: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
Emergency and on call duties as required.
