Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in pastry and dessert preparation
Expertise in cakes, pastries, cookies, and bakery items
Creativity in dessert presentation and seasonal menus
Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and inventory control
Ability to work independently and in a team
Must be punctual, clean, and professional
