Basic knowledge of office management procedures
Email and document drafting skills
Responsibilities & Context
Provide administrative and secretarial support to management
Manage office correspondence, emails, and phone calls
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
Handle office supplies and coordinate with vendors
Assist in HR and basic accounts-related documentation (if required)
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
