Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction project management (residential/commercial)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
Sound knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and BOQ
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
Candidates with experience in real estate developers or reputed construction firms will get preference

Job Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Scheduling
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Cost Estimation and construction-related contracts, including subcontractor agreements.
Request, review, compare, and finalize subcontractor & supplier quotations.
Assist management in selecting cost-effective and compliant subcontractors and suppliers.
Maintain regular and professional communication with clients, certifiers, subcontractors, councils, and internal teams.
Support smooth coordination across disciplines and project stakeholders.
Provide training and guidance to team members when required.
Assist management in improving workflows, documentation accuracy, and team efficiency.
Coordinate information flow, distribute comments, and follow up on approvals, pricing, and contractual matters.
Manage and oversee construction projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring delivery on time.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare and manage project schedules, programs, and resource allocation.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Manage project budgets, cost control, and procurement processes
Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve any issues or delays effectively.
Prepare and submit project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
Lead and supervise site teams, ensuring productivity and performance standards are maintained
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and professionalism in all issued documents.
Meet deadlines and provide timely updates to management.
Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and project information.
Maintain office discipline by strictly following office start and closing times.
Support general office coordination and administrative tasks as directed by management.
Office Days: Monday to Saturday
Office Hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Friday: 6:00AM- 12:00 PM)
