Responsibilities & Context

Doctor Consultation & Skin Testing
Aesthetic Treatments
Skin & Haircare Products
Nutrition Counseling & Diet Plans
Body Composition Analysis & Slimming Treatments
Food Supplements & Baby Skincare Products

Each branch operates with a multidisciplinary team including Front Desk, Sales Team. Skin Therapists, Doctors, Nutritionists, and Branch Management.

Role Summary:
The Branch Sales Operations Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering an exceptional customer experience within the assigned branch. This role involves managing daily operations, leading the sales team, coordinating with medical and therapy teams, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Performance & Target Achievement:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (services, treatments, and products)
Monitor daily sales performance and conversion rates
Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies
Drive revenue growth through effective client engagement

Team Leadership & Supervision:
Lead and supervise Front Desk, Sales Team, and coordinate with Therapists, Doctors, and Nutritionists
Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews
Train team members on product knowledge, consultation skills, and sales techniques
Foster a high-performance and customer-focused team culture

Customer Experience Management:
Ensure a smooth and premium client journey from entry to service completion
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
Maintain high standards of service quality and client satisfaction
Build long-term client relationships to improve retention

Branch Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day branch operations
Ensure proper scheduling of consultations, treatments, and services
Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and brand standards within the branch
Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPS

Coordination with Clinical & Support Teams:
Work closely with Doctors, Skin Therapists, and Nutritionists to align services with client needs
Ensure proper communication between departments for seamless service delivery
Support treatment planning and service bundling for better sales outcomes

Inventory & Product Management:
Monitor stock levels of skincare, haircare, supplements, and baby products
Coordinate with supply chain for timely replenishment
Minimize stock loss and ensure proper product display

Reporting & Data Management:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports
Track KPIs such as conversion rate, average ticket size, and client retention
Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance

Marketing & Promotion Execution:
Implement marketing campaigns and promotional offers at branch level
Ensure proper display of promotional materials
Support local marketing activities and client engagement initiatives
