Requirements
Education
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Animal Husbandry
DVM, Dairy Science or a related field

Experience
2 to 4 years

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based Startup, Animal/Plant Breeding, Dairy, Farming

Additional Requirements
Strong knowledge of dairy production and supply chain management.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

Responsibilities & Context
Supervise daily dairy farm operations including milking, feeding, and cattle health management.
Ensure proper management, processing, and storage of milk.
Plan and manage distribution channels to ensure timely products delivery.
Maintain hygiene, quality control, and safety standards.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and logistics coordination.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for demand forecasting.
Prepare reports on production, distribution, and performance of sales force.
Lead and train farm and operational staff.
