We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) who can generate leads, close deals, and drive revenue growth.




🎯 Responsibilities


Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including tasks, dependencies, and resource allocations.
Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to ensure project success.
Participate in the full delivery cycle from implementation to go live.
Direct contact with the clients, deliver personal training sessions and provide support to fellow Members
Manage & validate critical process changes.
Document processes and standardize everything across the company.
Implementing and testing solutions.
Report on familiar sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product team.
Author and update internal and external documentation. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.




✅ Qualifications


BSc/BBA/MBA (Optional and encourage to Apply)
A Minimum 3+ Years, must be in continuously working as a Business Analyst in last 3 Year.
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Excellent planning skills and expertise in handling multitasking, with an autonomous, assertive, and proactive personality.
Ability to understand different business processes. Team Management, Analyze the customer needs and suggest solutions
Identify, agree, and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Communicate and provide direction to key project stakeholders, including engineers, developers, infrastructure projects team, internal management, and key customers.

Salary Range: BDT 35k to 50k Per Month ( Negotiable based on skills and experience )
