𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
✅ Conduct field visits to colleges, universities, and coaching centers.
✅ Build strong relationships with teachers, counselors, and institutional authorities.
✅ Generate quality student leads for study abroad programs.
✅ Arrange and manage seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions.
✅ Distribute promotional materials and represent Edu Wings Hub professionally.
✅ Collect student data and maintain a proper lead database.
✅ Follow up with interested students and coordinate with the counselling team.
✅ Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 (𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬):
✅ Strong communication and persuasion skills (Bangla & English).
✅ Computer literacy (MS Office essential).
✅ Smart, presentable and confident personality.
✅ Good understanding of study abroad process (preferred but not mandatory)
✅ Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
✅ Comfortable with regular fieldwork and travel
✅ Ability to work under targets and pressure
