Job Responsibilities:
Provide software and ISP support to clients.
Maintain daily communication with clients regarding software issues.
Complete daily tasks assigned by the team or team leader.
Assist clients with internet issues and delegate tasks to the dedicated technical team.
Visit client sites for marketing and relationship-building purposes.

Additional Requirements:
Must have basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Should be enthusiastic about software processes and technical troubleshooting.
A mindset for long-term commitment is highly recommended.
