We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Retail Operations Outlet Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the outlet to ensure smooth functioning.
• Achieve sales targets, profitability goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Supervise and motivate store staff, ensuring high levels of performance and customer service.
• Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain store standards in cleanliness, product display, and customer service.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operations reports.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive brand experience.
• Implement company policies, promotional activities, and operational procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field. if Currently Studying / Running Student: Indicate as “Under Graduation / Ongoing” or “Post Graduation / Education can be flexible for candidates, especially if they have relevant work experience
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in retail or outlet management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and retail POS systems.
• Customer-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
