Responsibilities:
• Welcome and guide clients visiting the office.
• Receive incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain and update client information and records.
• Coordinate meetings and appointments.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive corporate image.
Qualifications:
• Female.
• Honors 3rd years above.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and spoken language skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications, internet usage, and office software.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a professional and team-oriented environment.
Working hours:
• Six days a week, 5:30 minute shifts per day.
Monthly gross salary:
• Negotiable.
