Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
Experience
15 to 20 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Poultry, Farming, Dairy, Agro based Startup

Age 40 to 50 years
Responsibilities & Context
Supervise the daily operations and supply chain management of all Pulse Plants of the Group.
Maintain and follow-up production schedule according to the demand.
Develop, maintain and manage the operations cost & budget in a systematic way.
Develop and maintain cost effective strategy for store and inventory management.
Following up local and international market trends to set yearly sales forecast of Pulse Business.
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve the improvements in the sales result as well as individual performance
Maintain and develop an error free distribution channel for smooth delivery operations.
Monitoring customers’ and vendors’ feedback/problems and solving them within Companies rules & regulations without delay.
Any other assignments given by the management from time to time.
