Responsibilities & Context
Strategic Sales Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for both B2B and B2C markets.
Align sales initiatives with overall business objectives to drive revenue growth.
Sales Target Achievement:
Set, monitor, and achieve monthly sales targets in line with company goals.
Proactively identify opportunities to exceed sales targets through innovative approaches.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and regional distribution partners.
Act as the key liaison between Palki Motors and external stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective KPIs.
Conduct regular performance assessments and provide guidance to enhance team effectiveness.
Route & Territory Planning:
Develop and maintain an efficient route plan in accordance with the Prescribed Job Plan (PJP).
Ensure optimal territory coverage to maximize sales potential.
ROI Management:
Monitor and ensure a positive return on investment (ROI) for stakeholders and the sales team.
Implement strategies to optimize profitability and business outcomes.
Market Expansion & Sales Growth:
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand Palki Motors' market presence.
Continuously analyze market trends to drive monthly sales achievements.
