Requirements
Education
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management

Experience
10 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Trading or Export/Import, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Poultry, Farming, Dairy

Additional Requirements
Age at most 45 years

Minimum 10 years experience in relevant field (Supply Chain Management) is mandatory.
Responsibilities & Context
Take responsibility for managing all commercial activities related to foreign Procurement.
Negotiate with existing suppliers and find out new suppliers.
Ensure LC opening and follow up Custom Clearance, Shipping and LO agent.
Complete all formalities of customs clearance for Import & Export Consignment.
Maintain LC statement & Shipping documentation with proper care.
Follow up and maintain Mother Vessel & Lighter vessel management process.
Prepare and maintain daily report on: Vessel arrival, discharging & delivery report etc.
Maintain physical distribution, inventory and logistics management with effective and efficient way.
Ensure proper delivery of products and update stock on a regular basis.
Maintain first in, first out method (FIFO) of stock while delivering the products.
Any other assignments given by the management from time to time.
